When will I be billed?
You will be billed for the first time after your 15-day free trial. Subsequent billings happen either monthly (full price) or yearly (20% off).
What is the cancellation policy?
Site administrators can cancel any time through the account page. Or you can always contact us. No hard feelings :)
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Sure! You can adjust your plan at any point from the account page. Keep in mind, downgrading will often result in fewer allowable videos, so make sure you're under that limit before proceeding.
Why does Collaboration Matter?
Enabling social features and collaboration is one of the best ways to engage your audience. Typical uses of video result in a one-way monologue with no ability to collect feedback, questions or interaction. KZO's unique capabilities turn these one-way monologues into a multi-way dialog.
Why can't I sign up for the Business or Enterprise Plans?
The Business / Enterprise Plan is a much more robust offering with dedicated support personnel, branded platforms, vanity URLs, and many more features that require KZO's help in setting up. While starting up an instance only takes a few minutes, you'll have to contact someone at KZO to guide you through this -- Dont worry, we don't bite. You can find out more by contacting us.
Why don't I see any bandwidth or storage limits?
KZO does not have any hard bandwidth or storage limits. We have soft limits for each plan to prevent abuse. We find almost everyone uses a small fraction of this limit. If you find yourself needing more bandwidth or storage for a legitimate use, email support@kzoinnovations.com.
